Greg Jonas

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chairman of the Board

Greg is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Chairman of the Board of Evalifi, LLC and is also the CEO and Owner of Associated Appraisal Consultants (AAC), Inc. (Evalifi’s Strategic Partner), the largest mass appraisal company in the State of Wisconsin, doing three (3) times the volume of their nearest competitor. Greg is a charismatic, entrepreneurial, and passionate leader, who  enjoys living life to its’ fullest, while enjoying family, building businesses with a strong moral compass, bringing ideas to fruition, making a difference in this world, and managing teams toward industry and market leadership by synergizing  teams of motivated people, passion, vision, and disruptive technology.

Greg retired from Hewlett Packard after a successful 35 year career working with HP’s largest global customers. His solutions used best-in-class technologies that enabled HP clients to create disruptive strategies that gained market share and increased profits.  Greg enjoys spending time with his wife Pam and five grandchildren. Together they are committed to investing in missions around the world.


Curt Szymanski

Customer Experience Officer & Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Curt Szymanski is the Customer Experience Officer and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Evalifi, LLC. He is a passionate, energetic and seasoned entrepreneur with expertise in real estate, engineering, economics, enterprise sales, technology development, and start-up business growth and operations. Curt enjoys bringing ideas to fruition, and driving growth, increasing customer satisfaction, managing teams, solving challenging problems, and making a difference in people’s lives.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a focus on automatic controls, robotics, and automation. Curt also has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with dual degree focus in Management, Human Resources, & Entrepreneurship and Real Estate & Urban Land Economics. Curt Szymanski is also the President and Founder of WINDWARD Consulting, where he has pursued his passion of coupling technology, software sales & implementation, and business process optimization (since 2002) in order to improve the way that companies in the title, escrow, closing and real estate industries do business. For over 14 years, WINDWARD (and Curt Szymanski) was the sole reseller and consultative sales arm of the of industry-leading ResWare title insurance software, having worked alongside Adeptive Software to grow into a dominant, market leadership position in nationwide title companies and underwriters. Curt Szymanski is also former President, Founder of CaffeiNATION Title, a regional provider of technology-driven title, escrow and closing services (with closings in cafes and coffee shops) in nine states. Before leading WINDWARD and CaffeiNATION Title, Curt Szymanski founded and ran UCLID Software (now Extract Systems), which produced a cadastral mapping product and sells semi-automated data extraction and data indexing products for land records and mapping for use by government officials and professionals. UCLID was incubated inside Weinert Applied Ventures Program at Grainger Hall, University of Wisconsin – Madison, as part of Curt’s entrepreneurial MBA education.  UCLID’s IcoMap® was the recipient of the National Society of Professional Engineer’s National New Product of the Year Award, TitleTech Award, and Wisconsin Governor’s New Product Award two years in a row. Mr. Szymanski has authored and holds numerous patents and patents pending. Curt is passionate about real estate & land records modernization, as well as technology innovation, and has served on the American Land Title Association (ALTA), ALTA Technology Committee, ALTA Title Abstract Standard Initiative (TASI) Sub-Committee, and MISMO Title Workgroup. He is passionate about what the real estate & land title industry does in the U.S. and worldwide to help ‘unlock capital’ and bring about capitalism and economic prosperity.

Curt is the 2017 recipient of the October Research Philanthropy Award. Established in 2012, the October Research awards program honors men and women in the title, underwriting, lending and settlement services industries for exemplary accomplishment in the areas of Leadership, Innovation and Philanthropy. Curt is from Waunakee, WI and is a father of three children – Grace, Kaylee, and Kai. He enjoys being a father, spending time with his children,  family, and friends, laughing, helping others, international travel, visiting the islands (especially the Bahamas), sailing, exploring new places, live music, kayaking, and spending time hiking and grounding in nature.


Luke Mack

Director of Appraisal & Evaluation

Luke is the Director of Appraisal & Evaluation of Evalifi, LLC and is also the Director of Program Management at Associated Appraisal Consultants (AAC), Inc. (Evalifi’s strategic partner). Luke attended the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh before starting his journey in property assessments. Luke holds the Property Appraiser and Level II Assessor certification with the Department of Revenue and has over 15 years’ experience as a certified Assessor. Luke is married with two children. He enjoys spending time up north with his family at the lake and watching his kid’s sporting events.


Brad Jonas

Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Brad is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Evalifi, LLC and is also the Director of Finance & Fleet at Associated Appraisal Consultants (AAC), Inc. (Evalifi’s Strategic Partner), the largest mass appraisal company in the State of Wisconsin, doing three (3) times the volume of their nearest competitor. Brad graduated from University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Construction Management. He is married, with two children, and enjoys traveling with my wife, Brittany. He also enjoys attending sporting events for all Wisconsin teams, both college and professional. He has passion for the outdoors, camping, hunting, golfing and fishing, especially fishing for elusive muskies.


David Kieckhafer

Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Level III Assessor

David is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Evalifi, LLC. David is also a Level III, Assessor, whose Assessor Number is ​WI82361CA issued by Wisconsin D.O.R. He is one of a very select few Level III, Assessors in the State of Wisconsin, and David has formal experience and has completed training (for licensing) creating residential and commercial Evaluations, and Assessments for municipalities in Wisconsin. He graduated with honors from Marantha Baptist University, having earned a degree in ​Business Management.

After graduation, David quickly took interest in  his family beverage distribution business. After sustained years of growth, and over 75 years of profitability, the company was acquired by  one of the largest American beverage companies.. As a key part of the acquisition team, David’s interest in valuation grew. David became a part of Associated Appraisal Consultants, the largest mass appraisal company in Wisconsin since 1959 (serving over 265+ municipalities) where David’s valuation interest spread into real estate. All these paths led David to become one of the Co-Founders & CFO of Evalifi, LLC and a contributing member of our growing team. Alongside a gifted team and leveraging the latest technology and innovation, David is excited to use his passion, deep analytical skills & mind, and experience to grow the next generation valuation platform. David is married, with three children. He enjoys traveling and exploring new restaurants with his wife, Charlotte. He loves spending time outdoors, especially on the water. His other interests include research, golf, investments, hiking, and outdoor cooking.
