Greg is CEO & Chairman of the Board of Evalifi, LLC, and also CEO and Owner of Associated Appraisal Consultants (AAC), Inc. — the largest mass appraisal company in Wisconsin, processing three times the volume of its nearest competitor. Greg retired from Hewlett Packard after a 35-year career serving HP's largest global customers, where his best-in-class technology solutions helped clients build disruptive strategies that gained market share and increased profits. A charismatic, entrepreneurial leader, Greg is passionate about building businesses with a strong moral compass and synergizing motivated people, vision, and disruptive technology toward market leadership.

Curt is a seasoned entrepreneur with deep expertise across real estate, engineering, economics, enterprise sales, and technology development. He holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (University of Minnesota), an MSME (University of Wisconsin–Madison, automatic controls/robotics/automation), and an MBA (UW–Madison, dual focus in Entrepreneurship and Real Estate/Urban Land Economics). Curt spent 14+ years as the sole reseller and consultative sales arm of ResWare title insurance software, founded CaffeiNATION Title (technology-driven title/closing services across nine states), and founded UCLID Software — now Extract Systems — whose IcoMap® product won the National Society of Professional Engineers' New Product of the Year Award. Curt holds numerous patents and has served on ALTA's Technology Committee and the MISMO Title Workgroup. He is the 2017 recipient of the October Research Philanthropy Award.

David is a Level III Assessor (WI82361CA, Wisconsin D.O.R.) — one of a select few in the state — with formal training in residential and commercial evaluations and municipal assessments. A Marantha Baptist University graduate (Business Management, honors), David spent years growing his family's beverage distribution business through a successful acquisition before joining Associated Appraisal Consultants, where his valuation expertise expanded into real estate. That path led David to co-found Evalifi, where he now applies his analytical background to building the next-generation valuation platform.

Craig leads all software development for EvaliFLOW — architecting the cloud-native rebuild of EvaliFLOW Web and the microservices infrastructure powering it. Under Craig's leadership, EvaliFLOW moved to a fully containerized, multi-tenant, Azure-native architecture with AI woven into the core product experience — comparable scoring, semantic search, and a conversational AI assistant built directly into the evaluator's workflow.

Brad is COO of Evalifi, LLC and also Director of Finance & Fleet at Associated Appraisal Consultants (AAC). A University of Wisconsin–Stout graduate in Construction Management, Brad brings operational discipline and financial rigor to Evalifi's day-to-day growth and infrastructure.

Luke is Director of Appraisal & Evaluation at Evalifi and Director of Program Management at Associated Appraisal Consultants (AAC). A University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh alum, Luke holds Property Appraiser and Level II Assessor certifications with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue and brings over 15 years of certified assessment experience to the team.
